We had a great experience from start to finish with the team at Stop Thief installing our security screens and doors.
They were fantastic to work with and very professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve, particularly with our internal garage door which was a bit out of the box. They came up with a solution that not only worked perfectly but also looked great. Nothing felt too hard or inconvenient, and their attention to detail really showed in the final result.

Staff from office to installers are exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable and also on time.

We contacted Stop Thief in November 2025 asking for a quote. We were only in residence for three weeks. They turned up a couple of days later and took all the measurements. We mentioned at the time that we were going to be back in residence only for three weeks in January 2026 before travelling for several months.
We returned in January and contacted Stop Thief. They expedited manufacture of our door and it was installed prior to us heading off on our travels.
The office staff were very helpful and the technician that actually installed the door was excellent.
This was the second time we used Stop Thief and I would highly recommend them.

Very good service. Purchased a front door security screen as a Christmas present for family. All steps from quote to installation were completed efficiently and on time. Original completion time was January but the door was ready and installed before Christmas which made us excellent. Second time using this company and would certainly recommend.
